If Chip Kelly or Jeff Fischer was his coach early on he would have been benched or traded well before he won the first one.

C Simmons 96 260 Report post Posted June 26, 2018 On 6/4/2018 at 9:42 PM, BKLYNYG said: Just curious why Wentz automatically gets the top spot and why the hell would you put Smith ahead of Eli? Wentz is unquestionably the guy you build your franchise around, but the kid still hasn’t won a big game in his short career. Also I’m assuming in this scenario all things would be equal, correct? I agree Wentz is not only the best in the NFC East but the best in the NFC right now even better than Rodgers as per 100 list. Foles is clearly number 2 Smith is 3 and a declining Manning 4,and Pescott is in the basement
stang8118 2,164 Report post Posted June 26, 2018 If I had to win 1 game Wentz > Foles > Eli > Dak/Smith If we are talking about how they'll perform in 2018 assuming each would start all 16 games (obviously Foles/Wentz will share 16 games, but this is if hypothetical) Wentz > Foles > Smith > Eli > Dak
BulldogsCards 24 Report post Posted June 27, 2018 Wentz took a lot of snaps under center in college. This automatically made him more pro ready in some ways. Plus the arm talent, speed. He might be more selective about scrambling but then again he doesn't want to change who he is too much. Veterans tend to settle down as the game slows down.
