If you lose it, no one says you had a "Super Bowl losing season."

I was bored, so I did a quick search of the term, so here's a few examples (I'm not going to post the entire articles, just segments where it's used):

Is it too soon to celebrate the Broncos’ Super Bowl(-losing) season?

After coming off of a Super Bowl-losing season, the Steelers entered 2011 as a favorite to return to the big game. However, in four weeks of play, they've proven they cannot defeat the good teams, even while notching two victories over the dregs of the league.

The Super Bowl Curse appears to have taken hold from the outset, with the Kansas Chiefs missing the 1967 playoffs the after having lost to the Chicago Packers in the Super Bowl. Between 1970 and 2013, just 21% of all Super Bowl losers had performed better in the regular season that followed. 67% of them performed worse while 12% maintained their record from the Super Bowl losing season. Over the entire super bowl era, just 65% of losers make the playoffs the following season. Since 1993, when the Buffalo Bills made the last of four straight super bowl appearances, all of which they lost, no other team had ever played in the Super Bowl the year after losing it.

The Pats will be vying to turn around their Super Bowl losing season. On the other hand, the Texans look to build on Deshaun Watson’s rookie season. Let’s check out the 3 team teaser odds to see what kind of turnout NFL bookmakers are predicting.

OAKLAND  (2013 SUR 4-12; PSR 7-9; O/U 8-8)...Annually one of the easier picks in making a division-by-division forecast for the NFL, the Raiders--while appearing improved--seemed doomed to another last-place finish. Since their Super Bowl-losing season of 2002, Oakland's final season records have been the following: 4-12, 5-11, 4-12, 2-14, 4-12, 5-11, 5-11, 8-8, 8-8, 4-12 and 4-12. That?s 53-123, with no winning seasons in the last 11!

Will There Be More On Spygate?

What do you think of the allegations of the Patriots cheating during the Rams Super Bowl losing season? A former videographer for the team has come out and said that he videotaped the Rams final walkthrough before the game. If this is true, what do you do? Is losing the Super Bowl this year justice? Are the fines and the lost draft picks justice? Or do you do a lot more to this team, a team that thinks that they are untouchable.

If you're talking about the teams the answer would be Carson. If you're talking about only the quarterbacks, and Goff won, the answer to your question would be Goff. He did not win, and to be honest he looked really bad with a ton of holes in his game. I've seen nothing that would make me want to rather have him over Carson to this point. I still think Wentz will have the better career, and be the better player.
