AAF beat the NBA in head to head TV ratings.

So much for NBA taking over as America's #1 sport. It just got its a** kicked by a bootleg football league.

I tried to tune in to the  AAF  last night on COMCAST only to find that I need to 'subscribe' on NFL Network in order see it?!?!                                               HELLO?!?   ANYONE  HOME, McFLY??   COMCAST  is already taking me to the cleaners with its' ridiculous monthly fees.                                    I'll be damned if I'm gonna pay to see the non-NFL football of a "Bootleg" football league. Screw that.

Thanks, I'll give that a try next time.

I did notice that NFL.com had posted the highlights of the games on their website . . .

which tells me they have some sort of interest in this league. I'm sure the league as well

as its' 32 teams are all watching very carefully. There's gotta be a bunch of those guys

who are former NFLers or NFL-wannabes. Our old pal Josh Huff plays for the Arizona team.

NFL.com posted his 64 yd. catch & run so that's good advertising for him.

Watching Atlanta vs San Diego. Atlanta in purple jerseys with yellow sleeves. Dirty white pants. Helmets match jerseys. San Diego is the same except for gray-green rather than purple. The purple is a little more intense than the gray-green. Otherwise you really have to take a moment to distinguish the teams. No contrast.
