Anyhow...he is probably getting his ring tonight

Yeah, for his sake I hope so.

The knock on him is similar to McNabb: can't win, "The Big One."

It's hard to imagine going into a Super Bowl with a better team than this Chiefs team.

Their personnel are so fast they have their own play terminology: Jet Sweep.

One way or another history will be made tonight: Chiefs win and get a 50 year monkey off their backs.

And Reid enters the rarified air of winningest HCs with a Super Bowl win.   Or . . .

Chiefs lose and Reid is ever more firmly cemented into the  Can't Win The Big One  pidgeon hole . . . perhaps for eternity.

I'm guessing Donovan Mc5 will be at the game.

Andy had final say on player personnel. He's no innocent victim in this.

As always, your 'voice of reason' prevails.

No one else was at fault for his poor clock mgmt.,

poor challenge calls & bone-headed play calling either.

I'm gonna count the number of WR screens I see tonight . . .

especially the ones that don't work!     :slap:

I'm actually thinking he may finally have a team put together well enough that even he can't screw it up.

Screw it up. He fell behind in both playoff games. He does it this time I don't think he comes back cause the niners have a great balance on both sides of the ball to hold onto a lead unlike the other 2 teams.

I know Shanahan doesn't have the playoff choke history Reid has, but he does have the memory of Super Bowl 51 hanging over him, so I can't be sure he's immune to screwing up a lead either.

True but most people learn from their mistakes unlike Reid

Now now, it's not like after Super Bowl 39, Reid had another playoff game where he was down 2 scores late and the offense took their time scori...aww crap!

Nevermind.

Lol well Reid is just as guilty of effing up a game by not running the ball with a lead. So we shall see

Brian Dawkins isn’t a true eagle he’s thanking Andy Reid, that’s what I’ve been told by certain emb posters. Being happy for AR is a sin.
